My registration reserves a place for me in the desired seminar and is binding. If I cancel my registration up to 28 days before the start of the seminar then 20% of the seminar fee will be charged as cancellation fee. If I cancel my registration up to 14 days before the start of the seminar then 50% of the seminar fee will be charged as cancellation fee. A cancellation at any time later than this, including after the start of the seminar and interruption of attendance, will incur the full course fees and full fees for board and lodging.
I understand that the seminars are not a replacement for therapeutic treatment. I view the instructions of the course leaders and their assistants as suggestions, which I follow of my own free will. I take full responsibility for myself and what I do during the seminar.
I will inform the course leader before the start of the seminar if I am not mentally, physically or psychologically stress tolerant or if I am suffering from any health risks. If necessary I will interrupt or terminate my attendance, in particular when others may be endangered through me, and especially if I have an infectious disease. For all risks which I take I alone am responsible. I accept that parts of the seminar or whole seminars may be led by only one person and/or his/her assistants. My address and telephone number may appear on participant lists unless I explicitly contradict this by informing the Dakini Center.
